By accessing or using VidoTask, you agree to these Terms. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.

VidoTask converts video content into actionable AI outputs, including summaries, key learnings, tasks, and implementation guidance. Product scope may evolve over time.

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must keep credentials secure and up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected abuse.

You may not use VidoTask to:

• Break laws or violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Bypass limits, rate controls, or access restrictions.
• Submit harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content as necessary to operate the service.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for business, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from account settings.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

VidoTask, its software, and branding are owned by VidoTask or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute protected materials.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. While we target high reliability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VidoTask is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, legal compliance reasons, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where VidoTask operates, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your region.
