This Privacy Policy applies to VidoTask's marketing site, web application, API, and browser extension. It covers personal data we process when you browse, sign up, process videos, or contact support.

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
• Video processing data: submitted video URLs, optional user context, generated summaries, learnings, tasks, and guidance.
• Usage telemetry: product interaction events, feature usage, and reliability metrics.
• Operational logs: diagnostics needed for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

• Generate and store AI outputs requested by you.

When you process a video, transcript content and context are sent to our AI processing provider to produce structured outputs. AI outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use in high-stakes decisions.
